The main aim of the seminar is to introduce university students to the current business world and offer guidance on how to approach it.
The event will be divided into two main parts:
- ROUND TABLE: during which company representatives will discuss topics such as approaches and methods for engaging with corporate HR departments, the evolution of the world of work, and the changing role of engineers within it.
- WORKSHOP: run in collaboration with Experis, during which guidance will be provided on how to write a CV and how to conduct oneself during an interview. Subsequently, participants will be divided into groups to take part in assessment interviews.
Finally, those who wish to do so may take part in individual mock interviews with Experis experts.
